Liberty Promenade is committed to a comfortable and pleasurable shopping experience for all. We have the following facilities and services available for our physically challenged customers:
• Single-level, wheelchair-friendly shopping centre layout
• Reserved parking bays close to the shopping centre entrances
• Wheelchair-friendly public toilets
• Wheelchairs available on request (please ask at our Information Kiosk)

Note about Reserved Parking
A special parking disc is required when parking in the reserved bays. These discs are valid for three months at a time and are available through Centre Management with positive identification and proof of disability. Please call 021 377 4000 for further information.

Security
Your safety is our priority
The security of our shoppers and tenants is a critical consideration at Liberty Promenade. Stallion Security provides 24/7 security services ensuring your complete peace of mind. Professionally trained guards are in communication with the Control Room and the centre’s perimeter and parking area are patrolled by guards on quad bikes. The interior of the centre and parking area are monitored by ML Asset Management..  A state of the art surveillance system, improved air conditioning and smoke detection systems have recently been installed. Security Control Room: (021) 377 4017

Baby changing made easy
You can feed or change your baby in a dedicated baby room located next to the bathrooms, which are situated in the Food Court, the Furniture wing, and the Centre Management passage.

Salaah facilities
Embracing your culture
We offer our Muslim customers a comfortable prayer room for your convenience. Salaah facilities are open daily at prayer times in the aisle next to the Abenaki Spur in the food court.

Banking Services
Cash and Forex readily available
All four major banking institutions - Standard Bank, First National Bank, Nedbank and Absa - have a presence in the centre. Banking facilities also include African Bank, Old Mutual Bank  and Capital Bank.  For customer convenience, there is an ATM mall as well as other ATMs strategically placed throughout the centre. The centre also offers the services of the South African Post Office.

Smoking Areas
Please only smoke in a designated area
As per the national smoking legislations, smoking in both enclosed and public areas is illegal unless the area is deemed a designated smoking zone.
